What is included in Cleaning Key Management?
The service includes a full cleaning after every stay: vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, changing the bed linen, and removing trash. Key management means that we keep the keys on behalf of the landlord or vacation rental owner, hand them over to guests upon arrival, and collect them upon departure.
How quickly do you respond in the event of an emergency?
Emergencies are handled as soon as possible. The starting rate is €15 for the first intervention; subsequent billing is per hour. We strive to be on-site within a short time in urgent situations.
What does the laundry service entail?
The laundry service includes washing, drying, and neatly folding linens and towels. Rate: €20 per load. This ensures that all textiles are fresh and well-cared for, ready for new guests or residents.
What is a late check-in and when is it charged?
For arrivals outside the standard check-in period, a fee of €15 will be charged for assistance and key handover at the agreed time. This rate applies regardless of the exact arrival time outside regular hours.
